When measuring, please note that these skirts are intended to sit at the waist.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the postal service.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided please Email us straight away (thesaltandsunstudio@gmail.com) or direct message us on Instagram @thesaltandsunstudio and we will try our best to assist. 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard and Express Shipping with Australia Post is a no-signature required service, meaning your parcel may be left at your front door, letterbox, or another safe & accessible area at the delivery address.

We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to parcels once they have left our premises.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered to your nominated address, The Salt and Sun Studio is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services once your parcel has been dispatched.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

We offer international shipping where available.

Please note that orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

The Salt and Sun Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Care Instructions

To keep your towel wrap skirt soft and long lasting, wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. After washing, air dry to maintain the fabric’s softness and shape. The Salt and Sun Studio is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying or general wear and tear.
Are the skirts handmade?

Yes! All towels are Individually sourced and each piece is handmade in small batches. Because of this, no two items are ever perfectly identical — that’s part of their charm. 

We use a mix of new, vintage, deadstock, and preloved towels in our pieces. As a result, you may notice slight imperfections such as thread pulls, minor marks, or areas of fading. These characteristics are part of the fabric’s history and should be considered when purchasing.

While each piece is carefully handmade by us, the original design concept is inspired by existing styles and is not our own.

How do I order?

We release new drops on our website each week. Each piece is produced in limited quantities, so once an item sells out, it may not be restocked.

We recommend shopping early to avoid missing out on your favourite styles.
